Clarins Instant Eye Make-up Remover Review

I love this eye make up remover! Its gentle on the eyes, doesn't leave any greasy residue and removes the most stubborn makeup. This is the only eye make up remover I will use from now on. It doesn't sting and unlike other removers it leaves no residue.

This formula is split in two a clear and a blue, the plastic bottle with it’s easy flip top lid makes it easy to pour out a small amount as it has a wee hole for pouring. I soak a cotton pad well two one for each eye then put on a small amount of this remover. Place them on my eyes and not rubbing just a light wipe and off comes my eyemake up. Easy no rubbing even waterproof mascara has no change of staying with this. It basically just melts everything it touches. I follow with a good rinse then rinse again. The only downside I’ve found with this eyemakeup remover that if even a little reside is left I’m left with a white reside. So a lot of rinsing is required. It’s great for heavy duty eyemakeup removing, not for everyday as I feel it’s to harsh. It’s a good hardy product

I discovered this product years and years ago and I have never stopped using it. It is absolutely brilliant at taking off heavy eye make-up, eye-liner and mascara. I have been to salons and had makeovers and facials where they didn't use this product and later at home I would find traces of eye-liner they couldn't remove with their products. If it aint broke don't fix it I say! Why should I change to a newer product when this one is so good! I also use Benefit 'They're Real' Mascara which many internet and youtube reviewers have said is hard to remove but I have never had any difficulty getting it off with my Clarins! I swear it also makes eye-lashes healthy. My eye-lashes are very long and never fall out!
